  • Experience St Fagan's Museum of Welsh Life, the largest open-air museum in Europe, immersing us in the lifestyle, culture, and architecture of the Welsh people through the ages in a way that brings the unique and proud Welsh history alive

DAY 4: Bath

  • Travel to the well-preserved Roman city of Bath where the Romans built a temple in 60 AD which now boasts the finest Georgian architecture including the Royal Crescent. Tour the Roman Baths themselves (as fine as any still standing in the world) and the Grand Pump Room which gives further insight into the Roman empire
  • Concert at Bath Abbey (tbd)
  • Return to Cardiff
  • Overnight Cardiff

DAY 5: Stonehenge and London

  • Travel to London
  • En route visit Stonehenge and marvel at how massive blocks of rock (some 30 tons or more) were hauled many miles before aligning them with the summer and winter solstices on a site where a monument is believed to have stood for some 10,000 years making this one of the most famous prehistoric sites in the world
  • Continue to London
  • Check into hotel

  • Visit Buckingham Palace to see the Changing of the Guard (if held)
  • Guided walking tour of London's key sites passing by Big Ben, the Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, the Bank of England, Tower Bridge, and Christopher Wren's St. Paul's Cathedral
  • Overnight London

  • Tour the Tower of London seeing the magnificent Crown Jewel collection of some 23,758 gemstones many of which are still used in royal ceremonies
