DAY 1: DEPART

DAY 2: ATHENS

  • Arrive in Athens
  • Meet your KI Concerts Tour Manager
  • Orientation tour of Athens with its famous Acropolis, Parthenon and the ancient Agora. This beautiful historic city with its architecture of the ages glowing under the Aegean blue sky, is the capital of Greece and was the epicenter of Greek culture. This culture, one of the oldest in the world, gave birth to democracy, science and the fine arts

DAY 3: ATHENS

  • Breakfast daily
  • Enjoy a tour of Athens, which reveals this marvelous city, the “Cradle of Civilization”. You will tour the Acropolis, which played host to festivals, cults and historically significant events during the peak of Athens’ power. In today’s world, it serves as an architectural masterpiece and source of national pride. We will also visit the Areopagus where we read St. Paul’s message concerning the “Unknown God”

DAY 4: ISLAND OF AEGINA

  • Take a ferry to the beautiful island of Aegina
  • Enjoy a tour of Aegina, a Greek island rich in archaeology, scenic villages, beautiful beaches
  • Lunch by the sea
  • Time to explore the island. Perhaps enjoy a coffee in one of the charming coffee shops on the waterfront
  • Return to Athens by ferry
  • Overnight Athens

DAY 5: ATHENS

  • Visit the Acropolis Museum, a stunning archaeological museum focused on the findings of the archaeological site of the Acropolis of Athens. The museum was built to house every artifact found on the rock and on the surrounding slopes, from the Greek Bronze Age to Roman and Byzantine Greece
  • Explore the Plaka area under the slopes of the Acropolis
  • Concert

DAY 6: DELPHI

  • Visit Delphi, an ancient religious sanctuary dedicated to the Greek god Apollo. Developed in the 8th century B.C., the sanctuary was home to the high priestess Pythia, who was famed throughout the ancient world as the Oracle of Delphi
  • Return to Athens
  • Overnight Athens

DAY 7: ATHENS

  • Travel to the magnificent Corinth Canal connecting the Aegean and Ionian Seas
  • Continue to Epidaurus, famous for its 4th-century BC theatre which remains almost intact with its breathtaking views, aesthetics and acoustics
  • Enjoy free time to explore Athens
  • Concert
  • Farewell dinner
  • Overnight Athens

DAY 8: DEPART

  • Transfer to the airport to begin your journey home
